My parents are celebrating their birthday today. That's right, they were born on the same day. When my sisters and I were growing up, we concluded that that's how people decided whom to marry. It was clear and made sense. Little did we know that things get a lot murkier in time.
I'm trying to remain hopeful about this weekend. Spirits are flagging.
